How We Will Work Together

In our experience, every organization has its own unique set of challenges in moving through a Lean Transformation. The organization’s Leadership Style and Commitment, as well as the existing Workforce Culture and where you ‘are’ currently all play a role in the transformation. Helping you build a solid foundation for lasting change is one of our unique skill sets. We’ve done it and can help you to do it, too.

When you work with us, our partnership will include a combination of in-person and remote work, whether it is analysis, coaching, training, facilitation of projects, project planning and execution. Between scheduled visits, we conduct checkpoint and follow up sessions according to your preferred communications style.

Getting Started with Training & VSM, 5S and Kaizen Facilitation

You should consider starting your journey with Lean Training, VSM, 5S and kaizen events.

To begin:

  1. Schedule a consultation.

  2. We will identify timing, scope and deliverables.

  3. We provide a proposal for your approval.

  4. We hold regular ‘touchpoint’ meetings leading up to your event.

  5. An expert Practitioner-Facilitator™ will lead your event.

  6. We hold regular follow-up meetings after your training/event.

Getting Started with Consulting Services

You can partner with us for Management Consulting and Lean Transformation Consulting. We will never offer you a ‘canned’ solution. Your organization is unique - and so is the solution we propose for you.

To get started:

  1. Schedule a complimentary consultation. We will discuss your opportunities in depth.

  2. We will schedule and conduct an onsite assessment.

  3. Using our proprietary assessment tool, we conduct an onsite analysis of your Current State. We then develop a vision for the Future State of the organization. Next, we will conduct a thorough gap analysis between the two.

  4. We develop and present a proposal to you that includes your customized Transformation Roadmap.

  5. Once approved, we will commence work on your transformation.
