5S Workshops

Continuous Improvement can be difficult if your work area is dark, cluttered and dirty. Sometimes, you need a kickstart to your improvement efforts so that you can see change, fast. We can plan and facilitate your 5S Workshop to get you on your way. Depending on the physical size and condition of the area you want to improve, workshops go between three and five days in length. Our approach ensures your whole team understands the importance of 5S, and creates a system of tools to ensure sustainment when followed.
